Book a cooking class
Groups can be anywhere from 3-8 people. Couples are welcome. Most classes will be 2 hours long. Please contact me to arrange your specialized group class. Rates are $30-40 per person for groups (depending on size).
For individual cooking sessions, rates are $150 for up to 3 hours of individualized hands-on learning either in your home or mine.

Fresh milled flour (FMF) class
Learn the benefits of milling your own flour from different varieties of grains and then get some hand-on practice making a sandwich bread loaf, pasta, cereal/crackers, etc. For those hoping to have surplus food storage, this class is a must.

Learn to work with a sourdough starter in the simplest, most fuss-free way possible. This class will provide you with an active starter to take home and the confidence to do with it as you please in your kitchen! Let’s break some rules while we learn to give ourselves as busy parents grace and flexibility in our home cooking. That’s what sourdough is all about.

Beginner Herbalism class
Learn about the easiest, most common herbs to grow in your garden or forage in your backyard - and how to incorporate them into your everyday meals. We will walk through the benefits of using herbs beyond what you can grab off a store shelf and the main forms in which they can be safely stored in your kitchen. Food = medicine.

Maybe you’ve been too nervous to actually try out your pressure cooker for everyday meals. Maybe canning is on your heart but you haven’t the slightest clue where to start. Maybe there’s a recipe you want to perfect but you need a step by step hands-on tutorial first. The possibilities are endless!
